Fast Track Trailerz — Return & Refund Policy

At Fast Track Trailerz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of every trailer we sell and are committed to a transparent and fair return process that complies with Google Merchant Center standards.
1. Return Window
You have 28 calendar days from the date of delivery or in-store pickup to request a return. After this period, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the trailer must meet the following conditions:

The trailer must be in new, unused, and unmodified condition, with all original components, paperwork, and accessories.

The trailer must not show signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery.

Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

Manufacturer’s Defect: A verifiable defect that affects safety or functionality.

Item Mismatch: You received a different model, size, or specification than your confirmed order.

Buyer’s Remorse: Accepted if the trailer remains in unused condition and is returned within the 28-day window.

3. Return Authorization Process
All returns must be pre-approved before shipment or in-person return.
Steps:

Contact us within the 28-day window to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Provide your proof of purchase, trailer details, and the reason for the return.

Once approved, we’ll issue your RAN and provide return instructions.

Returns received without prior authorization may be delayed or rejected.
4. Return Shipping & Handling

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning the trailer, including freight, towing, and handling.

Fast Track Trailerz is not liable for any damage that occurs during return transport.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval status.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all customer-initiated returns and will be deducted from the refund total.

Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If the refund does not appear on your account after 10 business days, contact your bank or card provider first, then reach out to us for assistance.
6. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible trailers within the same 28-day window, subject to inspection and availability. Exchange approval follows the same Return Authorization process.
7. In-Store Returns
Customers may also return eligible trailers directly at our facility. Please contact us beforehand to schedule a return inspection appointment.
8. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, including:

Custom-built or special-order trailers

Clearance or discounted units marked as “Final Sale”

Trailers that have been used, modified, or registered
