We are located in California. All trailer sales and returns are processed through our facility at:

2. Do you offer delivery?

Yes. We offer nationwide delivery within the contiguous United States using certified freight transport. Delivery fees and timing depend on trailer size and distance. We will provide full shipping details before dispatch.

3. How long does delivery take?

Most orders are processed in 2–3 business days, and freight delivery typically takes 5–8 business days depending on your location.
We will send tracking details once your trailer ships.

4. Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns on eligible trailers within 28 days of delivery or pickup if the unit remains unused and in original condition.
A 15% restocking fee applies to customer-initiated returns.
Please contact us first to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Major credit and debit cards

  • Bank transfers

  • Certified checks (in-store only)

All payments must be fully processed before a trailer is released for delivery.

6. Do trailers come with a warranty?

Yes. Every new trailer includes a manufacturer’s warranty.
We also perform warranty service directly at our facility and keep essential parts in stock to get you back on the road quickly.

7. Can I trade in my old trailer?

Yes. We accept trade-ins of most sizes and conditions.
A valid title is required at the time of trade-in.
You can text or email photos for a quick estimate.

8. Do you offer financing?

Yes. We have quick and easy financing options with competitive rates.
Approval typically takes about 15 minutes.
A valid government ID is required.

9. Can I customize a trailer?

Absolutely. We offer many upgrades and custom features including:

  • E-tracks, D-rings, and wheel chocks

  • Ladder racks and toolboxes

  • Aluminum wheel upgrades

  • Spare tires and storage

  • Electrical add-ons and more
