Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase from Fast Track Trailerz. We want you to be completely satisfied with your new trailer. We have a straightforward return and refund policy that prioritizes transparency and fairness.
Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date of pickup or delivery to initiate a return request.
Conditions for a Return: To be eligible for a return, the trailer must be in the same condition as when it was received. We may consider a return at our discretion for the following reasons:

Manufacturer’s Defect: A significant and demonstrable defect that impacts the trailer’s safety or core function.

Item Mismatch: You received a different trailer model or specifications than what was detailed on your purchase order.

Buyer’s Remorse: We accept returns for other reasons within the 30-day window, provided the trailer remains in new, unused condition.
Return Process
To initiate a return, you must contact us first to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please do not attempt to return the trailer without this authorization.

Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
Return Shipping & Handling
The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the trailer, including transportation and any associated fees. We will not be liable for any damages that occur during the return transit.
Return Location: All returns must be brought back to our in-store warehouse location at: 22500 County Road 10, Fort Morgan, CO 80701
Refunds
Once your returned trailer is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days of the approval.
Please Note: All approved refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Late or Missing Refunds: Refunds can take time to appear on your bank statement. If you have not received your refund after the 10-day period, please contact your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us directly for assistance.
