I. Delivery Timeline
The delivery timeframe is the sum of our internal processing time and the carrier’s transit time. All delivery times are based on business days (Monday–Friday).
Order Processing: All orders are processed, inspected, and prepared for dispatch within 2 to 3 business days following confirmation of full payment. Our team will contact you directly to manage the final logistics and scheduling.
II. Specialized Freight Delivery
We arrange specialized transport for all trailer orders through trusted third-party freight carriers within the contiguous United States (48 states).
- Standard Delivery Fee (Required at Checkout):
- To provide clear pricing immediately and comply with advertising standards, a standard, non-refundable freight fee of $385.00 is applied to your order. This amount acts as a minimum payment toward the total freight expense.
- Final Delivery Cost:
- Due to the custom nature of freight (dependent on the trailer’s size, weight, and delivery distance), the precise cost is calculated after checkout.
- We will provide you with the exact remaining balance (if the actual cost exceeds the $385.00 fee) or a refund (if the actual cost is lower).
- The trailer will be dispatched only after the final, total freight payment is settled.
- Delivery Appointment: The freight carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a precise delivery window. An adult must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.
III. Inspection and Acceptance
Upon receiving your trailer, please conduct a thorough inspection for any signs of damage that may have occurred during transit before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt.
- If Damage is Noticed: Document the damage clearly on the delivery receipt and notify Fast Track Trailerz immediately so we can address the claim and the issue promptly.
