Thank you for choosing Fast Track Trailerz. We are committed to providing a transparent, safe, and reliable delivery process for every trailer purchased through our store. This policy explains how we handle order processing, freight coordination, and delivery timelines in compliance with Google Merchant Center’s standards for accurate business representation.
1. Delivery Timeframes
All deliveries are handled via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Freight service throughout the contiguous United States (48 states).

Handling Time: The time required to inspect, package, and prepare your trailer for shipment after full payment has been confirmed.
Transit Time: The time it takes for the carrier to deliver the trailer once it has left our facility.
We will contact you directly after order confirmation to coordinate the final shipment and delivery schedule.
2. Freight Delivery Method
All trailer shipments are transported by trusted third-party freight carriers specializing in oversized and heavy-duty equipment.
Standard Delivery Fee:
A flat, non-refundable freight fee of $385.00 is applied at checkout to reserve delivery and begin the scheduling process. This amount serves as a deposit toward the final shipping cost.
Final Freight Cost:

The actual freight charge depends on distance, trailer size, and weight.

If the actual shipping cost exceeds $385.00, we will provide an updated invoice before dispatch.

If the actual cost is less than $385.00, we will refund the difference immediately.

The trailer will only be released for shipping once the total freight payment is confirmed.
3. Delivery Scheduling
The freight carrier will reach out by phone to arrange a specific delivery window.

A responsible adult must be present to receive and sign for the trailer.

Delivery is typically curbside or driveway drop-off unless otherwise arranged.

Additional fees may apply for remote or hard-to-access delivery sites.
4. Inspection and Acceptance
Before signing the delivery receipt:

Carefully inspect your trailer for any visible shipping damage.

Note any defects or issues directly on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.

Take clear photos and notify Fast Track Trailerz immediately if you observe damage or a mismatch in order.
If the delivery is signed for without notation, it is considered accepted in good condition. This is a standard freight-industry policy and allows us to process claims promptly if needed.
5. Tracking & Communication
Once your trailer has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. Our team monitors shipments closely to ensure timely delivery and will assist with updates or carrier coordination as needed.
